  • How can I shop at the LG Online Store?

    Shopping is simple, just follow the next steps:
    1. Choose the section for man or woman.
    2. View the products that you are interested in. Click on the article and evaluate the images and relevant information, such as the description, size, price and quantity.
    3. Add the product to your cart. You can then choose between continuing to buy or processing your order. Registration is not mandatory.
    4. Select one of the following payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
    5. Confirm your request.
    6. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request.

  • Can I eliminate any items of my order?

    Yes. You can any items purchased from your shopping cart that you do not want, before processing your request.

  • Do I have to register on the website to make a purchase?

    No. You can finish your order without registering on the website, by selecting the option "buy without creating an account".

  • In which countries is delivery possible?

    Currently, the LG Online Store delivers to Portugal and the European Union. For other countries please contact through the channels that are available.

  • Which payment method can I use to pay for my shopping?

  • How can I prove that I carried out my purchase correctly?

    Following your request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive it, please contact us via the channels available and displayed on the website.

  • Is it safe to shop at the LG Online Store?

    Yes. You can do your shopping with complete peace of mind, because this website has a commitment to accountability to its visitors, protecting your personal data based on the encryption of data transmission via a secure HTTP, ensuring the safety of your shopping and your data.

  • In which currency can I make the payment?

    All orders are placed in Euro (€), and the payment is processed in that currency.
    Please note that if your bank account is held in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by LG.

  • How can I return or exchange an item that I bought in the LG Online Store?

    Identify the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and select one of the 3 options.
    Confirm the address where the order should be picked up. If you are returning an item and have paid by bank transfer, please let us know your NIB, so that we can make the refund.
    Send the form to, indicating your telephone contact, the address and the date and time desired for the collection, so that we can schedule it.

    Place the article and the duly completed form in a package. If possible, enclose also a copy of the invoice.

    You can use the original packaging when you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and put only the article that you want to return. If the box has any labels, adhesives or other materials from previous expeditions, remove them and glue the return label, which was delivered along with the order. Close the box and seal it with adhesive tape.

  • Are there any costs involved in returning my article?

    Returns at LG SHOES Online Store are always free.
    Portugal and Spain: free return through home collection.
    Other countries: return free of charge via regular post to the following address:

    4610-278 Felgueiras , Portugal.

    Please note that you should always attach the document certifying the shipping costs of sending the article returned for the purposes of a refund. More information here. (link to Shipping & Returns)
    If the order returned does not contain this information, the refund of shipping costs will not be considered.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    After receiving and analyzing the product, LG SHOES will inform the user of the refund to which you are entitled (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will be made within 5 working days, using the same payment method used to purchase, when this is not possible, it will be carried out by bank transfer to the account that you indicate to us.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    To Continental Portugal and Spain, the delivery is made within 5 working days after dispatch of the goods.
    For the island of Madeira, between 5 to 7 working days after dispatch
    For the islands of the Azores, between 5 to 12 working days after dispatch of the goods.

  • How much are the postage costs for my order?

    Portugal: Free

  • Where will I receive my order?

    You will receive your order at the address indicated on your account or entered when ordering.

  • Will the invoice be issued with my personal data?

    Yes. Whenever you put a valid tax identification number (NIF), you will receive your invoice with this data. If you have not placed a NIF in your account or you have provided a wrong NIF we will automatically issue an invoice to an Undifferentiated Client, in accordance to the provisions of the law.
