Shipping and Returns
Delivery time for orders by destination:
Continental Portugal and Spain, the delivery is made within 5 working days after dispatch of the goods.
The costs per destination are:
Mainland Portugal: Free
1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The client has the right to return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-compliances with regard to the items ordered. The return can be made within 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must be kept in its original box and with the respective identification label. The seller shall analyze the returned product and inform the user of the respective right to its refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller shall refund, within 10 working days, and in any event within 15 days of the date of the confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justifying reason for the return the full amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be done using the same method of payment as used to purchase it.
2. RETURN BY DISCLAIMER
The client may, if he is not satisfied with the products return them within 15 calendar days following the receipt. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
- Have not been used.
- The customer has the right to try the shoes and accessories to test the size and shape, but cannot use them.
- Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully are not considered to be faulty).
- Are complete (ex. both items from a pair must be returned).
- Have not been tampered with and maintain the identification label.
